Real Estate Manager

Michael Doom leads Freestone’s Real Estate team with a rare combination of strategic clarity, technical depth and calm oversight. As Team Manager Real Estate, he supports both clients and colleagues across complex real estate trajectories — from strategic planning and masterplans to DBFM projects, renovations and new ways of working.

With extensive experience in construction and renovation, Michael brings structure and direction to projects where budgets, timelines and stakeholders intersect. He maintains a clear overview, even in the most demanding contexts, and translates complexity into actionable strategies.

Eva Simons

PA/HR & Marketing

Eva is the creative heart of Freestone. She translates strategy into strong, purposeful content, builds campaigns with lasting impact and brings structure to every communication flow. Her role sits at the intersection of communication, sales and employer-focused HR, where branding, people and growth come together.

With years of experience in marketing, events and storytelling, Eva elevates Freestone’s brand across channels and touchpoints. Wesley Polling

Team Manager EPC-EMS

Wesley is a versatile technical expert with a broad skill set spanning HVAC, energy, audits, technical installations and project management. With his wide-ranging expertise and high level of energy, he plays a key role in strengthening Freestone’s EPC and Energy Management Services teams.

He combines strong technical precision with excellent people skills, enabling smooth collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Wesley is known for his structured, forward-looking and highly professional approach, consistently helping projects progress efficiently and with confidence.

Michiel Villé

Team Manager Building & Sustainability

Michiel is a senior technical expert with a strong focus on sustainable buildings, HVAC systems and energy efficiency. He brings structure and clarity to complex technical files, ensuring that engineering choices and sustainability ambitions are fully aligned.

With extensive expertise in HVAC engineering, renovation studies, energy performance analyses and project follow-up, Michiel is a trusted advisor on large and technically demanding trajectories.
