Sureal commissioned Freestone to prepare a high level cost estimate for various sites and buildings of the VDAB.

To draw up the cost estimate, the relevant information that is made available is analysed and implemented. This estimate is a next step to systematically work towards a detailed and specific budgeting. The possibilities of using this estimate lie in determining an indicative investment budget, checking the estimate obtained against the estimate already drawn up by the VDAB and gaining insight into the influence on the cost price of certain wishes in terms of durability, degree of finishing and complexity.
