AG Real Estate COPiD | EPC-NR

Scholen van Morgen is a public-private partnership (PPP) between AG Real Estate, BNP Paribas Fortis and the Flemish Government. The programme covers the design, construction, financing and 30-year maintenance of 182 school building projects, delivered through DBFM Schools of Tomorrow NV.

DBFM Schools of Tomorrow NV is responsible for delivering the Schools of Tomorrow Programme and has signed the required contracts, including with the Delegated Contracting Authority (AG Real Estate COPiD NV).

The current assignment concerns the preparation of EPC-NR certificates for 25 schools.
