Thanks to Freestone People, the company found a Technical Project Coordinator for rental properties in the provinces of Antwerp, Limburg, Namur, Liège and Luxembourg.
The main task consisted of project follow-up at the opening of new buildings, at the closing of buildings and during the renovation of buildings. The follow-up of insurance claims and the coordination of the relocation of staff were also part of the assignment.
The project coordinator was actively involved in the search for suitable locations for new properties.
From prospecting interviews to visiting suitable buildings with stakeholders, from budget follow-up to evaluating the designs of the architectural office, from following up the planning to organizing the site meetings, ...
The coordinator was clearly the central point of contact for all questions concerning the projects. Always in consultation with the internal customer and taking into account the needs and requirements of the different departments. In addition to a thorough knowledge of materials, the assignment also required the skill to communicate well and to take people along smoothly in a change process. Special care was requested for the aftercare of every relocation project.
