In 2019, Ziekenhuis Netwerk Antwerpen wanted to get an overview of the maintenance costs for 9 of their hospitals in Antwerp for the coming years and chose Freestone's expertise for this extensive assignment.

Project
- Detailed inventory at local level, which is used as a basis for the condition assessment (per room, for all rooms of the different ZNA sites)
- Control of numbering and labelling of the inventory and rooms
- Condition measurement of architecture and techniques
- Objective condition measurement for all building parts and installations of the different ZNA sites and this according to the most recent version of the NEN2767.
- Energy quickscan report including potential energy savings
- Reporting, which keeps all data digitally up-to-date, and consists at least of
- A condition report, including all insights into the condition, defects, location, priority, etc.
- Management reporting including all insights into the costs for the next 20 years
- A technical report including all insights into the inventory, the preventive measures
- Energy quickscan report including potential energy savings
