Facility Coördinator
The profile of the requested Facility Coordinator for permanent employment was not easy to fill in.
Sciensano was not only looking for a contact person for everything concerning general services, infrastructure and buildings, but also for a person responsible for the efficient follow-up of problems. In addition to customer contact, the coordinator must also provide input for technical and less technical specifications, contact potential suppliers and review quotes.
Naturally, he must guarantee the systematic execution of maintenance work and keep up the planning and follow-up, whereby the responsibility for the control during the delivery or completion of work performed or equipment delivered constitutes an importnant aspect.
The Facility Coordinator must also be familiar with relocation projects.
On a day to day basis, he works with colleagues and manages 4 operational employees.
