Conditiestaatmeting en meerjarenonderhoudsplanning FSMA

With a view to drawing up a multi-annual maintenance plan for FSMA's buildings, a condition assessment was carried out on its installations in the centre of Brussels. This condition assessment was conducted in accordance with the NEN2767 standard.

A condition assessment provides input for drawing up and adjusting a multi-annual maintenance plan. This is because multiple factors, such as wind, rain and sun, can erode the quality and durability of building elements over the years. To assess any defects such as cracks, moisture leakage, discolouration, etc., it therefore becomes imperative to periodically screen the state of the building.

Freestone provided FSMA with supervisory guidance and equipped them with the right tools to safeguard the state of the building in the future.

Deze opdracht werd volledig gecoördineerd door Freestone en de uitgevoerde inspecties viel onder toezicht van Huijbregts Vastgoedadvies. Het complex bestaat uit een gerenoveerd historisch gebouw met monumentalen gevels en nieuw een aangebouwd kantoor gedeelte. Het resultaat werd opgeladen in Ultimo.
